In-stock orders typically ship within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1pm ET often go out same-day. You'll receive an email with tracking when your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes — standard ground shipping is free on orders of $250 or more within the continental United States. Expedited and overnight rates apply at all order sizes.
Can I track my package? +
Absolutely. As soon as your package ships, we email a tracking number you can also view in your account.
Do you ship internationally? +
We ship to Canada and select countries on request. International orders are quoted individually since customs duties, taxes and carrier surcharges vary. Contact us with your shipping address and we'll send a quote within 1 business day.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
Email us at sharklineusa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately.
Are there volume / bulk shipping discounts? +
