BladeShark was created by digital finishing veterans who got tired of paying OEM markup for cutting tools they knew could be built better. We engineered our own — and priced them like they should've been all along.
Our founders spent decades running digital cutters on the shop floor — Zunds, Kongsbergs, MultiCams, AXYZ routers. The same machines our customers run today. We knew the blades. We knew the failure modes. We knew exactly which tolerances mattered and which were marketing.
So we reverse-engineered the most-used cutting blades on the market and refined them. Better tungsten carbide. Tighter dimensional tolerances. Smarter edge geometries. Our Zund-compatible line launched first, designed to match or exceed OEM performance at a fraction of the price.
Today we serve sign shops, packaging plants, textile mills and large-scale manufacturing operations across North America — and we still test every product in a real production environment before it ever ships to a customer.
Every BladeShark product follows the same four-step process — engineered, tested and approved by digital finishing professionals.
From small sign shops to large-scale manufacturing operations across North America.
Every BladeShark cutting tool is manufactured in the United States using premium tungsten carbide and high-grade steels. We hold inventory domestically, which is why most orders ship within 1 business day — no transoceanic lead times, no surprise back-orders.
Your feedback drives our continuous improvement, and your success is the true measure of our work.
